ORDER POLICY

• Minimum order $500 for brick and mortar retailers; minimum order $850 for online retailers.
• All prices are in US dollars.
• Cancellations or adjustments cannot be made beyond 5 days of order submission and final purchase orders are binding. Deposit will be non-refundable after the 5 day adjustment window.
• We reserve the right to decline any order.
• All stock is made to order with specified deadlines. We retain the right to cease production or cancel orders at any time without assuming liability.

PAYMENT

• Retailers must provide a 50% deposit to secure their order. Remaining balance on orders will be due at time of shipment. Orders will not ship without the balance paid in full.
• All retailers will be charged for shipping fees on the balance invoice. In addition, international clients are responsible for any customs duties incurred. We cannot estimate duties fees as they are variable between countries and product type.
• Payment accepted by bank transfer or credit card. Bank charges and credit credit processing fees will be the responsibility of the client. If order cancellation is requested after the deadline, 50% deposit will be retained as cancellation fee.

SHIPPING

• Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA.
• We reserve the right to exercise discretion in choosing and altering the shipping carrier for domestic retailers, taking into account factors such as reliability, speed, and cost-effectiveness. Any adjustments in the shipping carrier will be communicated to the retailer and subsequent invoices will reflect the updated costs associated with the chosen carrier. DHL will be used to ship orders for all international retailers.
• Stores are responsible for all customs duties and shipping fees.
• We are not responsible for transportation delays caused by the carrier.
• Any issues with the order (damaged or defective goods, purchase order discrepancies, damages incurred in transit) must be declared within 7 days of receiving. Returns are accepted for damaged goods only.
• Retailer must send photo proof via email to proceed. No returns will be accepted without Milk Teeth return authorization. Goods approved for returns must be shipped back in original packaging.

RESALE

• Resale only permitted on owned online platforms. No resale permitted on online marketplaces.
